Register your dog page's fee table gives two explicit tiers rather than a stated percentage: 'Entire dog fee (if paid on or before 31 July): $120.00' vs 'Entire dog fee (if paid on or after 1 August): $140.00' — a jump of about 16.7%, not itself labelled a percentage by TDC for the standard entire-dog fee. A separate, explicitly percentage-based penalty applies only to dangerous dogs: 'Dangerous dog: 150%' of the applicable Entire Dog Fee, footnoted 'before penalties are applied' (i.e. the 150% multiplier itself, separate from the late-payment tier jump).
